This apartment in the heart of Barcelona's Gràcia brings together everything we value in historic spaces.
A subtle replanning delicately adapted the space. Walls were stripped of old plaster layers, the wooden ceiling was restored.
All engineering was completely rethought. Barn oak flooring was laid.
Furniture was crafted from barn oak to bespoke designs.
